Fulton VFD along with the Hempstead County Sheriff’s Office, Arkansas State Police, and Pafford EMS responded to a 2-vehicle crash on Hwy 355 South near the FVFD fire station Saturday night. 1 patient was airlifted to hospital and 3 went by private vehicle.
