Miss Arkansas, Kennedy Holland, was in Hope Monday (3-30) along with Miss Arkansas Teen Amelia Lisowe. The pair had come to Hope for a photo session with photographer Amber Nolan. The queens were photographed at The Studio and Events on South Elm in downtown Hope. Owners Heather Clements and Kamber Neely are shown with Miss Arkansas and Miss Arkansas Teen.
