ARRESTS
10/24
Jarron Williams, 41, of Hope, was arrested at 9:23 a.m. at the Hempstead County Courthouse and charged with public intoxication.
10/25
Dylan Webb, 19, Kayla Hendrix, 20, both of Prescott, and Devin Kay, 20, of El Dorado, were arrested at 4:05 p.m. at Wal-Mart and charged with theft of property.
Jimmy Witherspoon, 47, of Hope, was arrested at 8 p.m. in the 200 block of S. Laurel and charged with driving on a suspended licenses and served with a foreign warrant.
Ieisha Blake, 25, of Prescott, was arrested at 11:134 p.m. in the 300 block of E. Ave. G and charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana.10/26
A 15-year-old Hope, girl was charged with theft of property at Wal-Mart at 1:38 a.m.
Terry Parmer, 53, of Texarkana, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. in the 1300 block of E. 3rd and charged with fleeing in a vehicle.

Angela Fulton, 50, of Hope, was arrested and charged with manslaughter from an incident that occurred at 11:56 p.m. on March 30 in the 200 block of E. Greenwood.

Jeffery Moore, 29, of Hope, was arrested and charged with possession of firearms by certain persons from an incident that occurred at 1:53 a.m. on Oct. 22 at the Fair Park Office.
