Stick horse racing a challenge at rodeo

PRESCOTT – After the pageants ended, it was time for fans to gather at the arena for the annual Nevada County Fair Rodeo.

Stands were packed with the competitors ready to give it their all to win. The stick horse and sack races proved to be challenging as the entrants found the going rough in the soft sand. Still, they did their best and had a good time in the process.
