Two charged with possession

PRESCOTT – On Wednesday, October 10, officers with the 8th North Task Force conducted a search warrant at 297 Nevada 275 Emmet.

Gerry Lynn Davis, 51, and Zachary Davis, 18, were arrested.

Gerry Davis was charged with possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and for possession of controlled substance marijuana along with delivery of a controlled substance(methamphetamine).

Zachary Davis was charged with possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and for possession of controlled substance marijuana along with delivery of a controlled substance(methamphetamine).

Both subjects await first judicial appearance.
