Moore arrested on drug charges

HOPE – On October 25, at approximately 2:30pm, the Hope Police Department’s Special Response Team along with Agents of the 8th North Task Force conducted a high risk narcotics search warrant at a residence located in the 1600 block of North Sherman Street in Hope.

Agents arrested Justin D. Moore, 29, of Hope during the search warrant and charged him with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug premises.

Moore was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
