Mr. Hiram “Earl” Welker, age 88 of Hope, Arkansas passed away, Sunday, July 7, 2019 in Hope.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm on Monday, July 8, 2019, at Brazzel/Oakcrest Chapel with Bro. Charles Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Water Creek Cemetery.
