Mr. Blanchett was arrested and charged with no headlights, failure to register vehicle, driving while intoxicated, driving on suspended driver’s license for DWI.

Mr. Stuart was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and served a failure to appear warrant.
