Finlay charged with theft, fraud

HOPE – On February 19, 2020, at approximately 11:15am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Stephanie Finlay, 24, of Hope, and charged her with theft of property and computer fraud.  The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington Street, in Hope.  Finlay was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
