COVID-19 Update

As of Wednesday afternoon, there were 4,236 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Arkansas.  There have been 3,277 recoveries and 97 deaths.  There are 862 active cases in the state.  In addition to the cases at Cummins Prison and at the Forrest City Federal Correctional Institute, the prison at Pine Bluff has 50 cases counting inmates and staff.

As of Wednesday, NONE of the cases were track in southwest Arkansas had an active case.

Hempstead County has had 7 confirmed cases,  6 recoveries, and 1 death

Nevada County has 3 confirmed cases and 3 recoveries

Little River County has no confirmed cases.  112 people have been tested, all tests were negative

Howard County has had 14 confirmed cases and 14 recoveries

Lafayette County has 9 confirmed cases, 8 recoveries, and 1 death
