On June 16, 2020, at approximately 4:30pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested a juvenile male of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with commercial burglary. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington, in Hope. The juvenile was released to his parent pending a juvenile court appearance.
On June 18, 2020, at approximately 12pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Duboise Rhone, 27, of Prescott, Arkansas and charged him with residential burglary and theft of property. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of South Washington Street, in Hope. Rhone was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
