The Hope Lions Club heard from Stacy McKee, the administrator of Hope Haven Assisted Living in Hope. McKee explained what her facility offers. She noted the facility has 52 beds and she encourages her residents to be independent as possible. Lion Bill Freeman, who invited McKee to bring the Lions program, is a resident of Hope Haven and McKee noted he still drives and is active in the community. She further noted all the rooms are for single residents or couples and have private baths. McKee said the residents get complete housekeeping, help with laundry, meals, and many other perks. McKee noted many facilities in other towns charge the residents for every little thing and she noted Hope Haven’s services are almost all inclusive. Anyone who would like to learn more about Hope Haven Assisted Living can contact McKee at 777-8655.
