The annual Charitable Christian Medical Clinic Fish Fry was held at the Fair Park Coliseum on Thursday. The annual event provides important funding for the clinic which has literally saved hundreds of lives over the past 20 years for local residents who have no medical insurance and limited access to medical care. Dozens of volunteers were on hand to stage the event with the Hope Lions cooking the fish and chicken. Don Worthy was also on hand to conduct the annual dessert auction. The CCMC appreciates all who turned out to support their important work in Hempstead County.
