Big Boy Train Visits Hope

Hundreds of people waited in downtown Hope to see the”Big Boy” steam train Wednesday.  The train was due in Hope but was delayed in Texarkana due to rail issues.  It finally arrived around 6:35pm for a 15 minute stop.  The train then headed to Prescott to spend the night.  The many visitors proved to be a noon to such downtown businesses as Barry’s and Tailgater’s.
