4th District Congressman Bruce Westerman was the guest speaker at the Hope Kiwanis Club on Tuesday. He was well received by the club. He also got to visit with Michael Moss who is the President of the Santa Ana, California. Moss has been in Hope visiting family and has been attending the Hope Kiwanis meetings.
