Jamie Kelly Charged With Possession of Controlled Substance

On September 26, 2021 at approximately 3:20am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Jamie Kelly, 35, of Hope, AR and charged her with possession of controlled substance marijuana, possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest occurred in the 1600 block of South Summit St. in Hope, AR. Kelly was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
