Kevionna Jones, Joevon Nelson Charged With Battery

On November 26, 2021 at approximately 10:10pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Kevionna Jones, 19, of Hope, AR and Joevon Nelson, 19, of Hope, AR. Ms. Jones charged with battery in the 1st degree. Mr. Nelson was charged with battery in the 1st degree and served a failure to appear warrant. The arrest occurred in the 600 block of West 3rd Street in Hope, AR. Jones and Nelson was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
