Historic Washington Holds Hearth Cooking Workshop

Historic Washington State Park held a “Hearth Cooking” workshop November 12th.  The event showed participants how to prepare a typical 18th century meal over an open hearth in an historic kitchen.  The class was taught by Shelia Ballard.  For information on more upcoming classes, contact the park at 983-2684.
