On March 1, 2023 at approximately 8:52am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Leroy Booker Jr., 32, of Hope, AR. Mr. Booker was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on family member and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest occurred in the 200 block of North Margaret Street in Hope, AR. Mr. Booker was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance
