First place winner for “Waderbuddy” in the 2023 Arkansas Governor’s Cup Collegiate Business Plan Competition was Jillian Woodruff of Hope at the contest held on April 7th in Fayetteville. She also won the “Elevator Pitch,” a 90 second product pitch to the audience.
