Pafford EMS recognizes Nashville student

Ashton performed the Heimlich Maneuver on one of his classmates that was choking on a water bottle cap. “It was an honor to be able to meet him and present him with the Howard County Lifesaver Award and some of his very own Pafford goodies! Ashton is a true hero and we are so proud of him and his actions!! He is setting a great example for his classmates and everyone around him!,” the company said in a statement. Ashton is a student at Nashville Junior High School.
