Conway charged with possession

HOPE – On July 8th, 2023, at approximately 12:56pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Lincoln Conway, 46 of Hope. Conway was arrested in the 600 block of East Oak Street and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Conway was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
