Byreasia Gulley Charged with Theft of Property

On August 31st, 2023, at approximately 8:00am, detectives with the Hope Police Department arrested Byreasia Gulley, 20 of Hope, AR. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Ms. Gulley was charged with Theft of Property and held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility pending a first court appearance.
