Unoccupied House Burns Near Fulton Thursday

Firemen from the Fulton and Guernsey Volunteer Fire Departments were called to a structural fire Thursday (9-7) about 9:15am.  The modular house was located in the 5100th block of US 67 just east of the I-30 interchange.  Firemen were on the scene about an hour.  The house was unoccupied and no utilities were on at the house.  The cause of the fire is unknown.  The Hempstead County Sheriff’s Department also responded.
