Anna Powell added to CDI Central network

Anna Powell with the Hempstead County Economic Development Corporation is one of 15 new Professional Community and Economic Developers (PCED) added to the CDI Central network, following the October 2023 PCED exam. CDI Central stands for Community Development Institute Central at the University of Central Arkansas.
