Santa and Mrs. Claus Make First “Official” Visit to Hope Following Christmas Parade

Santa and Mrs. Claus made their first “Official” visit to Hope (we believe the jolly old elf has snuck in a couple of times since Thanksgiving) Monday (12-4).  Mrs. Claus flew in early and Santa came in on a firetruck.  The pair helped light the Christmas Tree at the depot then crossed the street to Tailgater’s patio where they received Christmas wishes from hundreds of children.  Although there was plenty of Christmas spirit, there was at least one Grinch spotted!
