Crash kills Hope man

HOPE – A Hope man is dead following a Sunday night crash. According to the preliminary Arkansas State Police report, a 2006 Honda motorcycle ridden by Trenton M. Gress, 52, of Hope, was traveling north on Hempstead 21 and apparently failed to stop at the intersection with U.S. Highway 278 and was struck by a 2007 Ford traveling east on 278.

Gress died in the crash. The collision happened at 10:00 pm Sunday night. Trooper Antonio May was the investigating officer.
