Crawfish boil May 24

PRESCOTT – Mudbug fans rejoice.

The 2024 Prescott-Nevada County Chamber of Commerce’s 10th Annual Crawfish Boil will be here soon. Actually, the boil is scheduled for May 24 from 4-7 p.m. at the Prescott City Park.

However, those planning to buy crawfish this year need to take note, the price has changed. A small plate, two pounds of crawfish, one corn and one potato will be $16. A large plate, three pounds of crawfish, two corn and two potatoes will be $24. A pound of shrimp, boiled and deveined, with one corn and one potato will be $20. A combo plate, consisting of a pound of shrimp and a pound of crawfish with two ears of corn and two potatoes will be $28.
