Four charged with felonies

On Monday, June 3rd, 2024, at approximately 12:19am, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Calvin Lockett, 40 of Hope, AR. Mr. Lockett was arrested in the 600 block of South Johnson Street and charged with Domestic Battery 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief 1st Degree. Mr. Lockett was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first
court appearance.

On Wednesday, June 5th, 2024, at approximately 6:45pm, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Brandon Moreland, 36 of Hope, AR. Mr. Moreland was arrested in the 1600 block of West 6th Street and charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Mr. Moreland was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.

On Friday, June 7th, 2024, at approximately 1:25pm, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Toy Haynes, 29 of Hope, AR. Ms. Haynes was arrested in the 1500 block of East Berry
Street and charged with Theft of Property and Resisting Arrest. Ms. Haynes was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.

On Sunday, June 9th, 2024, at approximately 10:45am, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Darrell Clark Jr, 38 of Stamps, AR. Mr. Clark was arrested in Lafayette County, AR for Terroristic Act and transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
