LITTLE ROCK – The Arkansas Historic Preservation Program recently recognized one of the 2024 Preserve Our Past essay contest winners.
Ava Grace Henderson, homeschooled, won first place in the 5th/6th-grade division for her essay “A Day in Old Washington.” She got to visit Historic Arkansas Museum and see the display of winning Preserve Our Past works.
