FULTON – Fulton Volunteer Fire Department, along with the Crossroads Volunteer Fire Department, Pafford EMS, Arkansas State Police, Hempstead County Sheriff’s Office, and Red River Wrecker worked a 2-vehicle crash Wednesday.
