Mr. Shenk was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery 3rd.

7:01am in the 900 Block of Henry C Yerger St.
Aniyah Caldwell, 19, of Hope, AR
Ms. Caldwell was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery 3rd X 2.
