Staff Sergeant Carlo Montell Robinson Memorial Highway dedicated
HEMPSTEAD COUNTY – On Thursday, Nov. 14, parts of Highways 67 and 29 in Hempstead County were dedicated in honor of two military members who were killed in Afghanistan — Sergeant Thomas “Chad” Rosenbaum and Staff Sergeant Carlo Montell Robinson.
