Hope Police Department report arrests

On Saturday, December 14th, 2024, at 2:05 pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Reuben Dendy, 37 of Hope, AR. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of North Hamilton Street. Mr. Dendy was charged with Terroristic Threatening 1st Degree and transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first court appearance.

On Sunday, December 15th, 2024, at 4:45 pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Richard Toney, 35 of Prescott, AR. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Mr. Toney was charged with Possession of a Firearm by Certain Person and transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first court appearance.
