Blevins Basketball Teams Fall to Prescott

The Blevins Hornets and the Prescott Curly Wolves played in Blevins on Thursday (12-12). The junior Hornets struggled against the Curly Wolves with the Senior Girls and Boys doing better although they ultimately lost despite some good hustle and aggressive defending.

Both sides were passionate about the game with Blevins seniors doing well until the third quarter and even then being competitive up to the end. The Curley Wolves pushed hard and prevailed. Their player #5 was noted by the opposing Hornets to be quite skilled.

The final scores for the games were 6-40 for the Junior girls, 6-60 for the Junior boys, 51-70 for the Senior girls and 63-67 for the Senior boys.
