Ms. Patricia Ann Vaughn

Ms. Patricia Ann Vaughn, a beloved mother, daughter, and friend, passed away on December 22, 2024, at The Springs Little Rock, Arkansas, after a courageous battle with illness. She was a devoted member of the Macedonia Baptist Church in Columbus, Arkansas, where she served faithfully until her health declined.

Born on August 9, 1959, in Hempstead County, Ms. Vaughn was the daughter of Clyde Carrigan and Norma Cheatham. She married and to this union one son was born, Gerran (Linda) Vaughn, who resides in Sherwood, Arkansas. Ms. Vaughn was a dedicated employee of Tyson Foods in Hope, Arkansas, for many years.

She is survived by her son, Gerran, her mother, Norma Cheatham, her grandchildren, Riley Vaughn and Aiden Gooseberry, her aunts, Gloria and Essie Jacob, her uncle, Earnest (Edna) Cheathem, and her cousins, Tonya Pete, Anita Jacob, and Vanessa Cheatham.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 4, 2025, at the Macedonia Baptist Church located at 2216 AR-73 in Columbus, Arkansas, with Pastor Kelly as Officiant and Eulogist. The interment will follow immediately at the Macedonia Cemetery, under the guidance of the Hamilton-Davis Funeral Home staff. A visitation will be held on Friday January 3, 2025, from 3:00 to 7:00.
