Perry Nelson, Susie Meeks Honored by Prescott City Council

At the Prescott City Council meeting on December 16th, the council recognized two people for their long service to the city.  Susie Meeks is a Council Member and has helped for 26 years including some work in the public schools. Mr. Perry Nelson has been taking care of water and sewage for 48 years. In 1976 R.C. McBrayer, a popular gun-toting Prescott mayor, hired him to serve the city. He has worked for a number of different mayors since then. Both people received awards for their long service.
