Waldo man killed in Nevada County crash

RURAL NEVADA COUNTY – The Arkansas State Police has released details on a fatal one vehicle accident that occurred Tuesday, February 4th in rural Nevada County. State Police say a 2004 Ford F-150 pickup driven by Brian L. Martin, 38, of Waldo, was traveling north on Highway 299 when it left the roadway and struck the west side bridge railing causing the vehicle to overturn and come to rest upside down in the creek, where it was fully submerged.

The crash happened in the2800 block of Highway 299. State Trooper Landon Loe investigated.
