Scott Aaron Bailey

Scott Aaron Bailey, 60, McCaskill, AR, passed away early Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Scott was born in Prescott November 24, 1964, to the late Bill and Joy (Phillips) Bailey. He married Tina (Yingst) Bailey October 26, 1985.

Scott enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially fishing with his best friend, Khole. He spent his summers gardening and was always going to check on people he cared about. He was a fantastic cook, and everyone loved his chicken and dumplings (in fact, there were many arguments about who got to take the leftovers home at every holiday get together!) He loved being “Gramps” and “Uncle Scottie” more than just about anything.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his father-in-law George Yingst, and several aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be held 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 21, 2025, at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home.
