Fulton VFD water rescue this morning

FULTON – This morning the Fulton Volunteer Fire Department had to perform a water rescue of a person who tried to drive thru water. The man was standing on top of his car. This is Hwy 195 S. DON’T DRIVE THRU WATER ON ROADS!!!
