Water covers Highway 73 near Cross Roads, car submerged in ditch

CROSS ROADS – The storm complex that brought severe storms this morning also brought high water over Highway 73 where Bois d’Arc crosses at Hempstead County Road 184. The Cross Roads Volunteer Fire Department was sent to rescue a person from their vehicle, Reporter Mark Keith captured the image of the car in the ditch and the water covering the highway.
