First Day of James Black’s Bowie Heritage Festival

Events kicked off Friday (4-25) for the James Black’s Bowie Heritage Festival in Washington.  The weather was great and people enjoyed seeing vendors, hearing from the celebrities, and watching activities at the blacksmith shop.  The festival continues Saturday from 9am until 5pm at Washington and the public is invited.
