Six men, including Prescott man, charged with February shooting in Magnolia

Court records have revealed details about a shooting in Magnolia on Sunday, February 23, 2025 that left one man injured and put six others behind bars under high bond.
A criminal information against the defendants in the case lists six people from four towns who are all charged with committing a terroristic act, battery first degree, and engaging in a continuing gang organization or enterprise.
The six men are all held at the Columbia County Justice and Detention Facility. They are:
Ronald Dean Flint III, 29, 2631 N. Robinson Road, Apt.11, TEXarkana, under $2 million bond. His case has been continued until July 17. He is represented by Caren Lee Harp.
Jaylen Dequan Hopson, 21, 1011 W. Walnut, Prescott, under $2 million bond. There is a motion before the court to reduce his bond. The motion says Hopson has been a long-time resident of Magnolia with family ties to the community, making him a minimal flight risk. His case has been continued until June 5. He is represented by William Owen James Jr.
Courtland Keon Loudermill, 18, 1906 Razorback Circle, TexARKana, under $1 million bond. His case has been continued until August 7. He is represented by Zoe Charise Jackson.
Jahreese Coreon Randle, 28, 2822 Hickory, TEXarkana, under $1 million bond. Randle has not been assigned counsel. His case has been continued until July 5.
Jamarian Oryan Vaughn, 28, 1605 Welch St., Apt. A, Arkadelphia, under $2 million bond. He has not retained an attorney and has filed an affidavit of indigency. He will be appointed a public defender.
K’Adrien Dupre Williams, 20, 1106 E. 23rd Street, Unit B, TexARKana, under $1 million bond. His case has been continued until August 7. He is represented by Zoe Charise Jackson.
The information in the case reports that all six men traveled to Magnolia with the specific purpose of shooting a targeted individual.
They secured two rooms at the Quality lnn, 411 East Main Street.
At approximately 3:45 a.m. on February 23, 2025, the defendants left their rooms, all wearing masks to conceal their identities and all with loaded guns.
They encountered a person near the intersection of Calhoun Road and Calhoun Street and began to fire their weapons. The person suffered a serious physical injury from a gunshot. The injured man ran and was pursued by the defendants.
A nearby apartment was hit at least six times by projectiles from the guns. Investigators later located 58 empty shell casings from different guns.
Once the shooting ended, the defendants gathered their belongings from the two rooms and fled Magnolia.
Warrants were issued for their arrests and the six men were later brought into custody.
