Hope Police Department announce arrests

On Monday, May 26th, 2025, at about 10:03am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Jacolby Martin, 28 of Hope, AR, in the 200 block of South Hervey Street. Mr. Martin was charged with Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member and held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility awaiting a first court appearance.

On Thursday, May 29th, 2025, at about 7:33am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Warren Wiley, 19 of Hope, AR in the 1500 block of Tillman Ross Avenue. Mr. Wiley was charged with Possession of a Defaced Firearm and Criminal Mischief 1st Degree. Wiley was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
