Happy Birthday Joyce Russell!

Happy 95th birthday to one of our favorite people, Joyce Russell! She turned 95 years young on Saturday June 21st.  As you can see from the photos, she had a great birthday with friends and family.  On top of that, Mayor Don Still proclaimed “Joyce Russell Day” in the city of Hope!  Our best wishes go to Mrs. Russell for many more happy birthdays!
