The council passed a motion to accept the financial report.
The council discussed the water system.  The mayor presented to the council a new notification sheet where there is a penalty for late fees and a shut-off date.  The council voted to accept the new sheet and there was a motion approved to update the shut-off options.
The sewer pond road has been graded.  The mayor said a culvert might need to be put in.  There was some discussion on how bad the road is when it floods.  The mayor noted SWEPCO needs to be called to reinstate the meter.
There was discussion of the Dollar General property needed to be mowed. There was a suggestion to get Pafford to mow it.  It was also suggested to get a hold of the owners and tell them it needs to be mowed.
The mayor pointed out that the Blevins School is not paying the sewer fee.  It was noted they aren’t pumping out their grease trap and it gets into the city’s sewer system.  It was decided to this problem to the school’s attention.
Mayor Moore brought up that the asphalt is sinking on 1st St.  The meeting then adjourned.
