Mrs. Jodie (Harris) Adams – Updated

Mrs. Jodie (Harris) Adams, aged 56, passed away at her home in Hope, Arkansas on July 8, 2025.
Jodie was born in Tillamook, Oregon on May 24, 1969. She has lived all over the place since then, but one thing has never changed; Jodie’s zest for life. Her smile instantly lit up rooms, and she had the capacity to make everyone feel welcome and at home no matter where they were. If you needed a pick-me-up or even just a chat, Jodie was the person to go to. It was a guarantee that she would have a story to relate and some advice to help you through. She was also fiercely proud of her children and grandchildren and never wasted an opportunity to say it.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Donna Harris, and her sister Mary Goolsby.
Jodie is survived by her loving husband Jeff Adams; siblings Butch Hansen, Deena Harris, Lori Morrow, and Becky Isbell; children Rayburn and Lindsay Hill, Josh and Sharon Hill, Kristen and Jacob Guerrero, and Tyler Adams; grandchildren Landon and Scarlett Hill, Ashlynn, Bryan, Colby, Chloe, Cailsey and Dylan Hill, and Dustin and Aurora Guerrero.
As much as Jodie loved her family, she also had a great love for animals. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Hope for Paws in honor of Jodie.
The loss of Jodie Adams will be felt deeply for a lifetime. Guests are invited to join the family in saying “goodbye for now” on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at Westmoreland Cemetery in Fulton, AR.
Arrangements are under the care of Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home of Hope.
