Wreck on County Road 23 in Hempstead County

The Hempstead County Sheriff’s Department and Pafford responded to a one-vehicle wreck on Hempstead County Road 23 around noon Tuesday (7-22).  Apparently, a joy ride by some young people ended in an accident.  There appeared not to be any serious injuries.
