Hope Police Department reports three felony arrests

HOPE – On Thursday, August 21st, 2025, at about 7:45pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Larence Blanchett, 48 of Hope, AR in the 800 block of Berry Street. Mr. Blanchett was charged with Theft of Property and was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first court appearance.

On Thursday, August 21st, 2025, at about 12:05pm, detectives with the Hope Police Department arrested Jesse Carvlin, 38 of Hope, AR in the 1000 block of South Elm Street. Mrs. Carvlin was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Minor 1st Degree and transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first court appearance.

On Thursday, August 21st, 2025 at about 12:20pm, detectives with the Hope Police Department arrested Patrick Carvlin, 46 of Hope, AR in the 300 block of West 3rd Street. Mr. Carvlin was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Minor 1st Degree, Introduction of a Controlled Substance into the Body of Another Person, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Carvlin was transported to the Hempstead County
Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
