Donations sought for school trip to Greece

LEWISVILLE – Lewisville Teen and Former Spring Hill Student, Current ASMSA Junior, Selected for Greece Trip

Layla Cullipher, the 16-year-old daughter of Susan Clark and Jay Cullipher of Lewisville, is a junior at the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts (ASMSA) in Hot Springs. She has been selected to participate in an educational trip to Greece in March 2026.

Layla has excelled academically, maintaining a 4.0 GPA during her time at ASMSA. Prior to attending ASMSA, she was a student at Spring Hill School from kindergarten through ninth grade, where she earned A Honor Roll recognition and was part of the gifted and talented program.

As a freshman at Spring Hill, Layla earned her first travel opportunity by competing in an FCCLA event in Denver, Colorado. This past summer, she traveled to Japan, including visiting Tokyo and Hanamaki with ASMSA, an experience that deepened her interest in learning about other countries, cultures, and travel.

The upcoming Greece trip will cost $3,700. Layla would greatly appreciate any donations or support to help make this opportunity possible. Fundraisers are being planned, and additional details will be shared in the near future. For those wishing to contribute directly, donations can be made via:
